WBG Enterprise AI-Powered Chat
An enterprise AI chat platform powered by OpenAI and Google Gemini, using a secure RAG pipeline to connect LLMs with World Bank internal knowledge sources. It enables conversational knowledge retrieval, document analysis, web search, multi-document workspaces, and access to reusable AI agents, bringing secure AI capabilities into everyday workflows.

WBG Enterprise AI-Powered Search
An enterprise AI search platform using Google Vertex AI retrieval and a RAG-based approach to connect World Bank internal knowledge sources with AI-generated answers. It combines natural-language and keyword search, ranked results, AI-generated summaries, knowledge exploration, and seamless handoff to AI Chat for deeper analysis.
Brings AI-powered knowledge discovery into the existing Enterprise Search experience, helping employees find relevant information faster and reducing manual search effort.

An enterprise knowledge portal serving as a single entry point to the World Bank’s AI platform, bringing together internal AI products, learning resources, governance guidance, APIs, and AI-related updates. It enables employees to discover AI solutions, build AI skills, access development resources, and navigate the organization’s growing AI capabilities in one place.
The Portal connects AI discovery, learning, governance, and development into a continuous adoption journey.
