Hello!

I’m Alice Fox

Product Owner, AI Products & Platforms

Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO II) • Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) • AI-Empowered POPM SAFe® Certified

Over 3 years at The World Bank, I shaped and delivered enterprise AI products from early concepts and MVPs through multiple iterations, working across product strategy, discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement.

This work centered around building and evolving an Enterprise-wide AI Platform, shaped by the key products: AI Chat, AI Search, and AI Knowledge Portal.

Explore the journey behind each one in the detailed Case Studies ↓
